Description: Beautiful thick and dark dress with purple highlights. Typical nose of thisgrape with its violet and lily perfumes. A good aeration is necessary to uncover its aromatic potential. Thanks to its beautiful acidity in mouth, the wine is tonic and precise. The structure is provided by firm tannins but of good quality. The distinct aromas of fruit make the wine pleasant today, but thanks to its strict tannins, it will be able to be aged a few years.

Food pairing - Serving Temperature: A gastronomic wine, that blends harmoniously with red meats, game. Best served at l 8°C.

Ageing potential: It shows a great ageing potential. It is recommended for long ageing, at least 10 years.
